Is Ecommerce growth slowing?

The New York Times reported in June in their article entitled, Online Sales Loose Steam, statistics that indicate ecommerce sales have topped off.  The article suggests that the double digit growth, or more, experienced in 2004-2006 is coming to an end.  According to the article, the market research firm, Forrester Research projects a growth of just 9% by 2010 down from the height of growth at 25% in 2007.  Should we be concerned?
