What it does?

The Order Management Plug-in provides a browser-based system for configuring SalesCart and managing the on-line orders you receive.  It removes the Access database requirement from SalesCart by allowing direct access to the Order Management system database via your Internet web browser.

You've never seen anything like it before.  Order fulfillment tracking, advanced email marketing, a customer control panel for order status review, an affiliate control panel, advanced sales and product reporting, inter-operability with your back-office accounting and inventory systems, administration and configuration of the SalesCart E-commerce solution, 100% editing of pre-existing orders, advanced order retrieval, drop-ship email notifications, packing slips, labels, and external shipping tracking notification.

The latest version of the Order Management Plug-if for SalesCart goes where no commercial shopping cart has gone before.  Just look at the list of new features.

New Features:

  1. More flexible order retrieval including order range, date, date range, quick set dates, company name or customer name.

  2. Create Purchase Orders, Invoices, Packing Slips, Labels

  3. Track, change and email Fulfillment status on an order-by-order basis to customers or to drop-ship or product vendors.

  4. Send customers specific order status or send drop-ship locations information about a particular order that needs to be shipped.
  5. Edit parameters of past or existing orders in real-time.
  6. Delete old orders.
  7. Create more sophisticated Sales Summary Reports including Sales by Product, Sales by Period, Sales by Customer, Sales by Location, Total Affiliate Sales, and Total Affiliate Products.
  8. On-line Marketing to send promotional email to past customers based on sophisticated multiple search parameters:  particular product ID, particular location, differentiate between ship-to and bill-to email addresses, market to those with confirmed orders or those who abandoned their shopping cart, specify particular email addresses to remove or specify a text file of email addresses to remove.
  9.  Track and create reports of customers that abandoned their shopping cart.
  10. Create ASCII export files for other accounting systems or other data or mailing systems.
  11. Create ICVerify/CyberCash/VeriSign ASCII export files.
  12. Administer storewide settings including taxes, shipping, and order management access. 
  13. Review current store settings.
  14. Configure affiliates.
  15. Allow affiliates to create their own product-link tags for their web site.
  16. Allow affiliates to log-in to their own "sub-set" version of the Order Management system.
  17. Allow customers to log-in to their own "sub-set" version of the Order Management system to review order fulfillment and order status.
  18. Many, many more.
