Offering More Features and Better Value!
Don't be confused by misleading
hype, QuickBooks support is not a new platform justifying a whole new
product. Why pay more and why stop at QuickBooks? It is simply one of many software
applications you can export your SalesCart data to. The SalesCart Online Order
Management tool offers more export features than most any other shopping carts
including 100% control over text export functionality such as field choices,
text qualifiers, and text delimiters. Even direct batch export into credit
card charge
processing software like ICVerify and PCCharge is supported. Besides
QuickBooks, the advanced
export mechanism of the SalesCart Order Management system also allows export to
Excel, Access, SQL, Peachtree and many other applications too numerous to
mention --- giving you the most flexibility in achieving your end-to-end
solution. Learn about other
features of the advanced SalesCart Order Management tool like our Customer
Review Panel and our Customer Fulfillment Tracking.

data entry and saves you time. Reducing the need to make data entries to
increase accuracy and reduce errors. With
the click of a button, you can create your .IFF export file for import into
QuickBooks.
How it works:
Import 4 basic types of
information into QuickBooks from any series of SalesCart orders -
-
Order details –
items, discount, shipping charges and sales tax, order number, invoice
-
Customer information
– customer email, bill to address, ship to address
-
Items – list of
all items on the merchant’s list
-
Payment – what
form of payment the customer used, amount of payment
Information is imported into
QuickBooks by creating a file on the server, then just transfer the .iff files
to your accounting system and open QuickBooks and import
the .iff file.
